Nitro News - Travis Leads the Crew For First Show of the Year!
The first stop of our New Zealand tour, Wellington, went off like a firecracker! 15,000 Kiwi’s went absolutely mental for our first show of the year which had Travis back on the bike alongside hometown favorites Levi Sherwood and Jed Mildon. There were plenty of bumps and bruises but the crew are back at it and pumped for a big year of shows all over the globe! Click the video to check out all the action from Wellington!

Nitro: What's your favourite country to tour and why?
Sheeny: That’s a tough one, so many cool places! I think New Zealand is one of my favorites with so many fun things to do in between the shows.

Nitro: What's it like behind the scenes on a Nitro tour?
Sheeny:It’s all go most of the time! Track crew are flat out setting things up for us only to pull it all down again straight after. In the Giganta change room its full of ADD kids playing on scooters and skateboards making a racket. Then the FMX change rooms is chilled out with all the cool cats inside.. Haha

Nitro: Who is the funniest person on tour? And why?
Sheeny: Bilko for sure, he’s a crack up and flat out most of the time!

Nitro: What has been the most embarrassing moment you've had on tour?
Sheeny: Probably the after party of the first European show, things got a bit out of hand!

Nitro: Favourite celebrity?
Sheeny: Will Ferrell.

Nitro: What would you do with your last $10?
Sheeny: Come on, there has to be more to this situation? Probably a meat pie and sauce. Or some kind of food!

Nitro: If you had a chance to change one body part, what would it be? And why?
Sheeny: My left ankle, it wasn’t a bad fracture but its just so annoying! It’s sore when it’s cold, restricted movement and I’m active so I like to run and move, just what the ankle doesn’t like.

Contraption of the Week
"BABY STROLLER"

How is it built? By a toy factory! This one is straight out of the box and onto the ramp.

Who rides it? Baby Pastrana of course, who else? Just kidding, I bet we had you worried for a second there, right? Chris Haffey is in charge of Nitro Daddy Daycare. Lucky for the baby dolls he doesn’t crash… much.

Biggest Tricks: Tricks?! What kind of parents do you think we are? We would never be so reckless and do tricks with the baby stroller off the 50ft high Gigant-A-Ramp!
